Hi! If you’re here, you probably know me. If you don’t know me, I’m Sems! I do a lot of streaming, gaming, crochet, and (now) art. This is going to be a collection of my art practice and projects over time, so I can track where I started and where I’m going. There will be a lot of sketches, color practice, complete pieces, and general posts about tools I use and how I feel. Really, it’s anything art related that I feel like sharing.
I’m working on an iPad Mini with a paperfeel cover and an Apple Pencil Pro, and I’m working inside Procreate for now. I have licenses for CSP, but I don’t know if it will transfer over from my Surface Pro 6 or if I’ll need to get a new mac-specific license. It’s not that big a deal, as I’m enjoying Procreate immensely.
This site doesn’t have any sort of subscription or newsletter associated with it, and while comments are enabled, I’m back and forth on whether I want them to remain. This is a hobby that I love and am finally committing to improving and practicing, and I want to do it in a fun space with no negativity.
I’m always open to suggestions and advice, and positive feedback, so feel free to share if you have any of that 🥰
